Delete your Rebirth account and data
You can request deletion even if you no longer have access to the Android app.
How to request deletion
- Email Rebirth from an address you can access.
- Include your Rebirth username, but never include your password.
- Rebirth will verify account ownership before processing the request.
Data included
A verified deletion request covers the Rebirth account, authentication tokens, registered devices, onboarding records, memories, retrieval and continuity records, Companion Handoffs, routines, projections, Rescue activity, contact relationships, mailbox routing information, and subscription-access records associated with that Rebirth identity.
What is not deleted
Deleting Rebirth does not delete a ChatGPT or OpenAI account, ChatGPT conversation history, app-store purchase history controlled by Apple or Google, or records another provider must retain under its own legal obligations. Limited security, transaction, or deletion-audit records may be retained where required to prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or comply with law.
Important
Deletion is permanent after processing. Export any information you wish to keep before requesting deletion. Residual backup copies may remain until routine backup rotation completes and are not used except for disaster recovery.
