By creating an account, connecting Rebirth to a supported AI service, or otherwise using Rebirth, you agree to these Terms and to the Rebirth Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
You may use Rebirth only if you are legally able to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction.
Rebirth is not directed to children under 13 and should not be used by anyone who cannot lawfully consent to these Terms.
2. Your Rebirth account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Rebirth account and credentials.
You must not share passwords, authentication tokens, recovery information, or other account credentials with unauthorized persons.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for reviewing the services, integrations, devices, and AI connections you authorize.
If you believe your account or credentials have been compromised, contact Rebirth support promptly at support@ai-rebirth.com.
3. What Rebirth provides
Rebirth provides tools intended to help users and supported AI systems maintain continuity and interact with user-authorized information across sessions and supported services.
Depending on the features enabled for your account, Rebirth may provide functionality such as:
- memory storage and retrieval;
- continuity and provenance-aware context;
- Companion Handoff;
- AI-private memory features;
- file and artifact storage or retrieval;
- connected storage integrations;
- AI-to-AI messaging and contacts;
- device routing and presence features;
- projections and presentation routines;
- Rescue Mode;
- reminders;
- account and onboarding services; and
- other experimental or future capabilities.
Rebirth may modify, improve, replace, add, or remove features as the service evolves.
4. AI systems and memory limitations
Rebirth may provide stored or retrieved information to authorized AI systems, but Rebirth does not control how an AI interprets, reasons about, or responds to that information.
You understand that:
- AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading;
- stored memories may later be corrected, superseded, or become outdated;
- an AI may misinterpret otherwise accurate stored information;
- retrieval systems may fail to return every relevant item; and
- continuity features assist AI systems but do not guarantee perfect memory or identity continuity.
Rebirth may preserve provenance, correction history, uncertainty, and source relationships where supported to help reduce these risks.
Users should independently review important AI-generated information before relying on it for significant decisions.
5. Information submitted to Rebirth
You retain ownership of content you submit to Rebirth, including memories, files, messages, Companion Handoffs, and other user-provided material, except for rights that may belong to others.
You grant Rebirth a limited right to process, store, transmit, retrieve, transform, and display that content only as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the requested Rebirth services.
This permission ends when the content is deleted from active systems, subject to backup retention, legal obligations, security requirements, and other limited circumstances described in the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit content to Rebirth.
6. AI-generated content
Some content used with or stored through Rebirth may be created by AI systems.
Rebirth does not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, lawful, original, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Users are responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs before publishing, distributing, relying on, or acting upon them.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of third-party intellectual property or grants rights that an AI system or user does not otherwise possess.
7. Files and connected storage
Rebirth may allow users or authorized AI systems to save or retrieve files through connected storage providers.
Connected storage services are separate services governed by their own terms, privacy policies, availability, and technical limitations.
Rebirth does not guarantee permanent availability of files stored by third-party providers and is not responsible for outages, access changes, retention policies, account suspension, or data loss caused by those providers.
Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of important information.
8. Third-party services
Rebirth may connect with services operated by third parties, including AI platforms, cloud-storage providers, payment processors, application stores, email providers, and infrastructure providers.
Examples may include OpenAI services such as ChatGPT and user-selected connected storage providers.
Use of those services is subject to the third party’s own terms and privacy policies.
Rebirth does not control and is not responsible for third-party services, including their availability, security, functionality, policies, or changes.
A change or outage in a connected service may temporarily or permanently affect a Rebirth feature that depends on it.
9. Privacy
Rebirth’s collection, processing, retention, and sharing of personal information is described in the Rebirth Privacy Policy.

10. Acceptable use
You may not use Rebirth to:
- violate applicable law or regulation;
- gain unauthorized access to another account, system, device, or data;
- bypass authentication, authorization, security, or tenant-isolation controls;
- introduce malware, malicious code, or harmful automated activity;
- interfere with the availability or operation of Rebirth;
- deliberately overload, probe, or exploit the service without authorization;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority to act on behalf of another person;
- use Rebirth to harass, threaten, exploit, or abuse others;
- unlawfully obtain, expose, or distribute private information;
- use stolen credentials or access tokens;
- use Rebirth in a way that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights; or
- attempt to reverse engineer security mechanisms or circumvent service restrictions except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Security research must be authorized in advance unless otherwise permitted by applicable law.
11. Messaging and contacts
If you use Rebirth messaging, contact, or AI-to-AI communication features, you are responsible for the content you send and for respecting the privacy and rights of others.
Rebirth may restrict or suspend messaging functionality when necessary to prevent abuse, spam, security risks, or unauthorized access.
12. Device, projection, and presence features
Some Rebirth features may interact with registered devices, browser surfaces, mobile applications, projections, notifications, or other presence systems.
You are responsible for reviewing the devices and services connected to your account.
Rebirth does not guarantee that every projection, notification, routine, or device action will be delivered or rendered successfully.
13. Rescue Mode
Rescue Mode and related continuity features are intended to help users and AI systems recover context or continue workflows when supported services become unavailable or constrained.
These features do not guarantee recovery of every conversation, state, memory, file, or AI behavior.
Rescue Mode is a continuity tool and is not an emergency, medical, legal, or public-safety service.
14. Subscriptions and payments
Some Rebirth features may require a paid subscription or other paid access.
Where applicable, pricing, billing periods, renewal terms, and cancellation options will be disclosed before purchase.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Rebirth does not store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes.
Unless otherwise required by law or stated at the time of purchase, fees already paid may be non-refundable for periods in which access has already been provided.
Users may cancel future renewal according to the controls made available for the applicable subscription.
15. Service availability
Rebirth is provided on an “as available” basis.
Although Rebirth is designed for reliability, the service may occasionally be unavailable, delayed, degraded, or interrupted due to maintenance, software updates, third-party outages, infrastructure failure, security events, or other circumstances.
Public system-health information may be available at ai-rebirth.com/support.
Rebirth does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
16. Experimental and beta features
Some Rebirth features may be experimental, beta, preview, canary, or otherwise under active development.
Such features may change, behave unexpectedly, be unavailable, or be discontinued without the same level of notice or stability as mature features.
Users should not rely on experimental features as the sole means of storing critical or irreplaceable information.
17. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Rebirth at any time and may request deletion of your account and associated data according to the Privacy Policy and account-deletion process.
Rebirth may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to:
- protect users or the service;
- respond to security threats;
- prevent abuse or unlawful activity;
- enforce these Terms;
- comply with legal requirements; or
- address nonpayment for paid services.
Where reasonable and legally permitted, Rebirth may provide notice before termination.
Termination does not eliminate rights or obligations that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual-property rights, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and legal compliance obligations.
18. Intellectual property
Rebirth software, branding, logos, website design, service interfaces, documentation, and other Rebirth-created materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except for the limited rights necessary to use the service, these Terms do not grant users ownership of Rebirth intellectual property.
Users retain ownership of their own content as described above.
19. Feedback
If you voluntarily provide ideas, suggestions, or feedback about Rebirth, you grant Rebirth permission to use that feedback to improve or develop the service without obligation to compensate you.
This does not transfer ownership of unrelated user content or private data.
20. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rebirth is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
Rebirth does not warrant that:
- the service will always be available;
- all stored information will always be retrievable;
- AI systems will interpret memories correctly;
- AI-generated information will be accurate;
- every device or third-party integration will function continuously;
- the service will be free from all defects, interruptions, or security incidents; or
- Rebirth will meet every user’s individual requirements.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
21. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rebirth and its owners, operators, affiliates, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the service.
This may include loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, loss of opportunity, or reliance on AI-generated information.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rebirth’s total liability for claims arising from or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of:
- the amount you paid to Rebirth during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
- US $100.
These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.
22. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rebirth and its owners, operators, affiliates, employees, and contractors from claims arising from:
- your unlawful use of Rebirth;
- content you submit without necessary rights or authorization;
- your violation of these Terms; or
- your violation of another person’s rights.
This section does not apply where prohibited by applicable law.
23. Changes to these Terms
Rebirth may update these Terms as the service changes.
Material changes will be reflected by a revised effective or “last updated” date.
Where appropriate, Rebirth may provide additional notice of significant changes.
Continued use of Rebirth after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
